Claudio Patti, VAT n. 05153520878, with office in Piazza della Repubblica 19 - Milan (hereinafter, "Owner"), owner of the website https://www.cplegalstudio.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), as owner of the processing of personal data of every user who uses the Site and/or is registered on the Site (hereinafter, the "User") provides the following privacy information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, "Regulation").

The Regulation and the Privacy Code D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by the DL 101/2018 are together defined "Applicable Regulations".

For any information regarding this privacy statement, Users can contact the Data Controller at any time, using the following methods:

1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

Users' personal data will be processed lawfully by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulations for the following processing purposes:

1- navigation within the Site, in relation to the possibility of detecting User data necessary at a technical level, such as eg. the IP address;

2- response to requests for information sent by the User through the contact form present on the Site or through the reserved area;

3- legal obligations, or to fulfill obligations provided by law, an authority, a regulation or European legislation. 

The provision of personal data for the processing purposes indicated above is optional, but necessary for browsing the Site and for using the services offered by the Owner on the website.

With reference to the purposes referred to in points 1 and 2 of the previous paragraph, the legal basis of the processing is in fact the execution of the services provided through the Site and requested by you (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the Privacy Regulation 2016/679).

With reference to the purposes referred to in point 3 of the previous paragraph, the legal basis for processing is to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the 2016 Privacy Regulation / 679).

2. PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA STORAGE TIMES

The Data Controller will process the User's personal data using manual and IT tools, with logics strictly related to the same purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The personal data of the Users of the Site will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the primary purposes illustrated in paragraph 1 above, or in any case as necessary for the protection in civil law of the interests of both the User and the Owner.

3. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION OF DATA

In addition to the Data Controller, there may be access to the data categories of employees involved in the organization of the site (administrative staff, legal collaborators, system administrators), as well as third parties, external service providers, acting on behalf of the Owner, duly appointed as Data Processors and who will process the data in accordance with the purpose for which the data was originally collected.

The User's personal data are not transferred to third Countries.

The data may also be communicated to all the subjects to whom the communication is due by reason of legal obligations.

The list of subjects who process personal data is available following a specific request sent to the Owner, with office in Piazza della Repubblica 19 - Milan, also via email at info@cplegalstudio.com.

4. RIGHTS

We inform that the User is the owner of the rights pursuant to articles 16-21 RGPD (right of confirmation, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right to object) and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. The User can exercise his rights by contacting the Owner in the manner set forth in art. 1 of this Notice. Each registered User of the website can also access the reserved area and his personal information in order to update them. The User can also modify and update their preferences on how they intend to receive emails or other communications from the Owner. The User can also request the deletion of his personal data. In order to exercise the aforementioned rights and request information in this regard, as well as to know the list of persons appointed as data controllers, the User can write to the addresses indicated in art. 1 of this Notice.

5. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY STATEMENT

For legal and/or organizational reasons, this Privacy Policy may be subject to changes; we therefore recommend that You regularly check this Privacy Policy and consult the latest version of the same. In the event that the Owner makes changes that are important, Users will be adequately informed (via the website, email, etc.).
