Attorney Claudio Patti provides corporate legal advice and assistance to Italian companies and foreign investors seeking to invest and do business in Italy.
He graduated from the University of Catania in 2010, where he wrote his thesis in international law. He subsequently developed his professional experience in Milan, focusing on complex and cross-border legal matters for an international clientele.
In 2014, he founded his law firm in Milan, with a particular focus on assisting foreign companies and investors seeking to invest and develop their business in the Italian market.

Attorney Ilaria Oberto Tarena advises Italian and foreign companies on commercial and contract law. She also has extensive experience in insurance law, civil liability and compensation for damages.
She graduated from the University of Milan in 2011, where she wrote her thesis in commercial law.
She subsequently attended the Specialisation School for the Legal Professions jointly organised by Bocconi University and the University of Pavia.
Attorney Ilaria Oberto Tarena has worked with several leading law firms in Milan before joining Studio Legale Patti.
In 2022, she took part in the Stage International programme organised by the Paris Bar Association at the EFB – École de Formation professionnelle des Barreaux de la cour d’appel de Paris. She also gained professional experience within the International Department of DS Avocats in Paris.
